One of the primary purposes of The Dads Association at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is to support Illini students in the pursuit of their academic goals. To that end, The Dads Association awards six $2,000 scholarships annually to students who show both merit and need.
To be eligible for an Illini Dads Association scholarship, you must:
Be a full time (12 or more credit hours per semester) undergraduate student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,
have an application for financial assistance on file with the Office of Financial Aid, and
complete and submit the scholarship application.
Applications are available online or through the Parent and Family Programs Office at the Illini Student Union..
The application for the 2019 scholarships will be open from July 1st to November 16th. Scholarships are awarded in January 2020 and paid directly to the university as tuition reimbursement for the Spring semester..
